Well, we already have marines & National Guard in Los Angeles. Now we have a sudden and alarmingly real purpose for them to be present. So, I imagine they’ll be removed from their assignments immediately, since they were sent to guard buildings and suppress peaceful protest, not to provide protection to the citizens.
I wonder 💭 what will happen now. The loose cannon in the office of the Presidency never follows rules, or honors procedures - but acts independently of the Constitution and the authority of the legislative branches of government. The chaos of this presidency doesn’t seem to slow down.
