First of all, that is a child not a man as they say.
This is what we were worried about by us, as we had the same scumbags driving back and forth mostly in their trucks and would rev and speed through the 40mph at about 55, 60mph as they would pass by.
I don't know what happened to this child to make him so hateful but it's hard not to be judgemental and feel like his parents are much to blame...nurture AND nature.
But he is still very young. My son is 22...he still barely has any life experience (unfortunately...he is with his dad and I blame his upbringing with him, story for a different day)
What I mean by that is when I think of someone with enough hatred in them to do this and someone with enough hatred and ignorance to follow someone that he does, I certainly don't think of a 21 year old.
Mentally this man is still a child who is about to find out what it means to live in a man's world in jail.

They should be banned, as other countries have done.

He’s 21 years old. I’d say he’s not a child but an adult. He will be charged as an adult.
