If they are undocumented then how can they be tracked. Only documented immigrant be GPS’d but that would be illegal. It also doesn’t address people who just overstay their visas
Remember when hitler stripped all names, and identity from innocent people's? Gave them each a number engraved on their arms. That is how people were identified just a number. I met 5 beautiful souls in college with their numbers still engraved as a haunting past. NEVER AGAIN AMERICA!
The GPS tracking mandate applies to undocumented immigrants who are already in ICE custody or enrolled in immigration proceedings, meaning they’ve been encountered and processed by DHS. So while they’re undocumented, they’re not “unknown” to the system.
This includes people released under alternatives to detention (like ISAP), where ankle monitors or smartphone apps are already used. The bill expands this practice.
As for visa overstays: if they’re identified and placed into proceedings, they’d fall under the same rules. But the bill doesn’t create a new mechanism to find visa overstays. It just applies GPS monitoring to those already caught up in the system.
Just another way to dehumanize and humiliate people.
Shackle their starving ankles…crapola👑❌💙
Remember that in Germany Jewish citizens wear forced to wear stars of David sewn into their clothing at all times.
First wear=were
